The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of West Wimbledon CC will be held on Friday 6th February at Wimbledon Common Golf Club (SW19 4UW). Plenty of parking available and nearby bus routes too. The closest station is Wimbledon, either a 30 minute walk or very quick taxi / uber ride away. There is a taxi rank directly outside Wimbledon station to make life very easy.

The schedule for the evening is:

• From 6pm - private bar
• 7pm - meeting begins
• 8.30pm (approx) - sandwiches
• 10pm - bar closes

This is a chance for all of our members to get involved and have their say on the running of the club. The AGM includes election of Club Officials and plans for the 2026 season, presentation of Officers reports of 2025, plus voting on proposed amendments to Club Rules.

There are several roles for which we do not currently have any nominations:

• Facilities Committee - Grounds Lead
• Marketing & Fundraising Committee - Bar Coordinator, Grants Officer
• General advisory roles on the Junior Cricket Committee, Facilities Committee, Marketing & Fundraising Committee are all available too.
• Junior Cricket - Team Managers at various age groups.
