The player of the month is for someone deemed to have excelled over the last month in league cricket and is awarded by the Management Committee. The June recipient is Tanya Dady.

Tanya played twice during June and won the player of the match award on both occasions. Against Mitcham Tanya scored 14 not out from her four overs batting as part of the final pair, which was the highest partnership in the match. This was followed by a wicket, catch and run out as part of an excellent fielding performance helping take the team to victory.

In the following match vs Battersea Ironsides, Tanya contributed with the best individual batting score of the season so far with a score of 17. In the field a wicket and a stumping almost helped the team to victory again.
