The cricket season may be finished, but a working party of club members will be at West Wimbledon CC (Wimbledon Rugby Club) from 10am on Saturday 12th September. Please do join us if you can, as it will be significantly quicker and easier with more people! Don't worry if you can't make the start, as there will be bits to do throughout the day.

At the end of every season there are various tasks to be completed to protect our equipment for the winter months. The covers, sightscreens, batting cage and other bits all need to be safely stored away for the off season, in addition to sorting through some other bits for the storage container. We also need to take down the car park netting, plus put Mo Dilshad into his annual cryogenic chamber to ensure he's well preserved ahead of another wicket taking year in 2027.

It's always a fun day and a chance to have a social and chat afterwards too. Rumour has it lunch and drinks may also be provided...
