The West Wimbledon CC member of the month award is presented to someone who has gone above and beyond in their recent contribution to the club. It's just one way of celebrating all the things our members do that make our club a fantastic community. Anyone in the club can nominate someone - look out for a Boundary Buzz email asking for this next time! The Management Committee then choose from those nominations.

The winner for July 2025 is Andrew Woolley.

Andrew has dedicated significant amounts of time to helping out with the pitch at the club on a volunteer basis. Grounds work is not easy, especially in a summer where there has been very little rain to aid grass growth. You may have seen Andrew out there in his overalls doing his best to mitigate this and trying hard to repair used wickets - thank you Andrew for your contribution to the club and long may it continue!
