We are delighted to share the news that we have installed a NTP (non-turf pitch a.k.a. astroturf wicket) to create a second cricket square at the club. This project has been coming together for 18 months and special thanks go to Barry Brown, Peter Andrews, Richard Kendall & Tom Campbell for all their hard work on planning applications, grant funding, logistics and contractor liaison. We are also grateful to the Surrey Cricket Foundation for their financial contribution towards this endeavour.

The new pitch enables us to host two simultaneous games for the first time since we were forced to move from the BOE Sports Club back in 2019. This should really help the social side of the club and at long last the 3rd XI and 4th XI have a home alongside the 1st XI and 2nd XI!

It will also provide a brilliant pitch for the Women's XI as we enter the league for the first time in 2026. Of course, the new pitch will also be used by our junior players, with a more consistent surface helping towards better player development.
