The WWCC Management Committee work hard all year round to run the club on behalf of our members. Without them there would be no club, so feel free to buy them a beer if you see them...!

Management Committee Members

• Chair - Richard Kendall
Joined the club in 1998 as a junior member and became Chair in 2025, whilst also holding the Management Committee role of Junior Cricket Coordinator (since 2022). Previously served on the Management Committee as Women's Cricket Coordinator (2025), Vice-Chair (2024), Club Secretary (2013-2023) and 4th XI Captain (2010-2019), plus a variety of other ad hoc roles. Richard's favourite part of the cricketing year is the annual Bucks Tour to Amersham on the August Bank Holiday weekend. Away from cricket (sort of) Richard is engaged in a personal "batting 6s" vs "golf birdies" battle, albeit neither number sees any regular movement!
• Vice-Chair - Peter Andrews
Joined the club in 1984 and became Vice-Chair in 2025. Previously served on the Management Committee as Chair (2015-2024) and Vice-Chair (2014). Peter fondly remembers the first of our long standing Bucks Tour fixtures vs Little Missenden in 1987, which ended in a tie when the opposing number 11 bat was yorked on the third bounce! Reliving that memory and many more historic games has been fantastic after they were recently added to Play Cricket.
• Secretary - Mark Streather
Joined the club in 2013 and became Club Secretary in 2024. Previously served on the Management Committee as Club Captain (2022-2023) and 4th XI Captain (2020-2021).
• Treasurer - Karen Chadwick
Joined the club in 2021 and became Treasurer in 2024.
• Director of Cricket - Akhilesh Sivaraman
Joined the club in 2007 as a junior member and became Director of Cricket in 2024. Previously served on the Management Committee as Social Secretary (2020-2021).
• Facilities Manager - Barry Brown
Joined the club in 1965 and became Facilities Manager in 2026. Previously served on the Management Committee as Junior Cricket Coordinator (1993-2021).
• Fixtures Secretary - Brian Milligan
Joined the club in 1987 and became Fixtures Secretary in 1992. Brian is our longest serving continuous Management Committee member.
• Fundraising & Marketing Manager - John Kendall
Joined the club in 1986 and became Fundraising & Marketing Manager in 2024. Previously served on the Management Committee as Vice-Chair (2015-2019), Treasurer (2000-2004), 4th XI Captain (1997) and 3.5th XI Captain (1990-1994).
• Membership Secretary - Rohit Nag
Joined the club in 2013 and became Membership Secretary in 2025.
• Safeguarding Officer - Michael Chadwick
Joined the club in 2021 and became Safeguarding Officer in 2022. Previously served on the Management Committee as Facilities Manager (2024-2025).
• Social Secretary - Tom Campbell
Joined the club in 2003 as a junior member and became Social Secretary in 2026. Previously served on the Management Committee as 2nd XI Captain (2024-2025), 3rd XI Captain (2023) and 4th XI Captain (2022).
• Women's Cricket Coordinator - Emily Marsh
Joined the club in 2025 and became Women's Cricket Coordinator in 2026.
• 1st XI Captain - Andrew Merriman
Joined the club in 2007 as a junior member and became 1st XI Captain in 2024. Previously served on the Management Committee as 2nd XI Captain (2023) and Facilities Manager (2021-2023).
